Q: What shipping options are available?
A: For domestic (NL) orders, packages will be sent via PostNL Priority (1-3 Business days).
International Orders will be shipped via PostNL international (2-4 weeks) .
If you require a different service (UPS, FEDEX) or need your order quicker than normal, please contact me at email@example.com.
Q: My package isn't here! What do I do?
A: I do not provide standard tracking on orders! So fining out where an order is after it leaves the Dutch border is going to be impossible for me.
Most non-delivered packages usually happen due an incorrectly provided address or a mistake on the mail carrier's behalf. Either way, if a package is returned to me due to an incorrect address, I can resend it as long as shipping fee is covered.
It should take about 10-14 business days. Shopify auto-adjust these times depending on your adres so that’s why you could see a different time frame. On top of that customs may hold it for 30 days without cause or notice and postal can always just be delayed.
99.9% of my orders make it to where they need to go so I’m very confident that it should turn up soon! If It has not returned to me yet, it should still be on his still.
Q: Do you use grading scales for pins?
A: I do. All the pins in my shop are A-grade pins. Only the best pins make it to my shops inventory. I also have a listing for cheaper seconds pins. They have small imperfections. However, there are may always be slight cosmetic imperfections due to buffering or other human errors (Pins are all handmade one by one!), If the issue is major, please send me a few photos of the defect, and I will get this sorted out.
My a-grade and highest quality pins
imperfections usually only visible upon close-up inspection or viewing the pin in a specific angle in light imperfections may include the following:
♢ very minor scratches or scruffs on surfaces
♢ tiny pores (looks like bubbles) or faint dust in enamel
♢ slight discolouration in metal
These pins have majorly noticeable flaws/imperfections
these pins are great for the budget collectors
we don't want any pins to go to waste and hope they find a loving home despite their imperfections multiple imperfections can include the following:
♢ lower quality/leaking/overflow of enamel
♢ deep scratches, scruffs. or excess enamel on surfaces
♢ low fills in larger or visually prominent areas
♢ posts are loose/wiggly/bent
♢ stray glitters
♢ noticeable black specs or dust
♢ unforeseen problems or imperfections

upon purchasing any enamel pins, it is assumed that you have read, understood, and agreed to this grading scale
Q: I placed two separate orders! Can I combine my shipping?
A: Yes! Please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and let me know as soon as possible. Since I generally ship out orders within 3 business days, the sooner the better! I can't combine if I already shipped it out!
Q: How long until my order is shipped?
A: Orders will typically be mailed out within 3 business days! I try my best but I am a one man operation here, so when a large release happens, there might be a slight delay in shipping time!
Q: How long until my order arrives?
A: I always aim to ship ASAP but after that the shipping times are out of my hands. If the postal does it's job right, these times can be made.
- 2 business days within the Netherlands
- 1-2 weeks delivery within Europe
- 2-3 weeks delivery within the US/Canada
- 2.5-3 weeks anywhere else
These are only approximate delivery schedules, your pin may arrive sooner or later depending on your location and local postal service.
Q: What are your refund and exchange policies?
A: We have a no refund policy, but I'd be happy to exchange any pin for you as long as you ship it back in it's original condition within 20 days of the purchasing date. Also, it would be your responsibility to cover the shipping as well.
Q: If I order in-stock items with pre-order items, will it all ship together? or will the in stock products ship first?
A: For domestic orders, I can ship out the non pre-order items separate first, and you will not be charged for the shipping! Just add a note to your order, and I will do so! For International orders, all products will ship together once the pre-ordered products arrives.
Q: The design I want is out of stock! Will it be restocked?
A: Usually all my designs will be restocked eventually UNLESS it says limited edition on it!
